Refund policy

 Returns & Exchanges

  • Conditions: All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns if we believe that any of these conditions are not met. Returns showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odours or missing tags may be refused.
  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order and apply to full-priced items only.
  • Faulty Items: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items once they are assessed and confirmed.
  • Change of mind / non-faulty returns: For items returned for reasons other than fault (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size, unwanted item), we offer store credit only. Store credit will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any re-delivery fees.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, final-clearance products, and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults and compensation for reasonable foreseeable losses.
