By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.

We make every effort to display product details accurately. Colours, sizes, and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, screen differences, or natural material variation.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payments are processed securely at checkout and must be made in full before dispatch.

5. Order Acceptance

Order confirmations are sent automatically upon purchase but do not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, errors in pricing/descriptions, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order and apply to full-priced items only. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Faulty Items: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items once they are assessed and confirmed.
• Change of mind / non-faulty returns: For items returned for reasons other than fault (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size, unwanted item), we offer store credit only. Store credit will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any re-delivery fees.
• Exclusions: Sale items, final-clearance products, and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults and compensation for reasonable foreseeable losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, images, and text, belongs to Warm Regards or its licensors. Use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security of online transmissions.
